The qualified individuals will be working within the management team to help achieve store goals and drive sales through excellent customer service skills.

MANAGEMENT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Motivate and develop staff in order to encourage their professional development with use of training and selling tools.
• Manage store sales by setting daily goals, analyzing monthly plans, and managing labor hours.
• Timely and accurate execution of promotions and merchandising
• Instill in Team Members the meaning and importance of customer service as outlined in the company mission statement. Empower staff to appropriately “use their best judgment” in all customer service matters.
• Ensure sales floor is adequately zoned, and that all associates are being productive.
• Maintain excellent communication with corporate office and District Manager via conference calls, district meetings, voicemail, corporate visits, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:
• College background or equivalent retail fashion management experience.
• Two years of managerial role and customer service in contemporary retail related experience.
• Ability to develop and maintain excellent fashion merchandise presentation standards.
• Proven leadership skills in training, coaching, developing, motivating, and selling.
• Capable of setting and maximizing business to achieve sales goals and reduce shrink and expenses.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task

SALES ASSOCIATE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Meet sales goals, monitoring all sales processes from starting point to delivery of goods.
• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise
• Resolve all customer problems and complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
• Manage all operational procedures that occur in the store
• Ensure image and grooming standards are professional, reflective of the brand image and adhered to at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 1-2 years prior sales experience in contemporary retail.
• A sense of current fashion trends.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task.
